TCPL is excited to offer a new round of ASL Studies classes beginning September 5th. This class is perfect for anyone wanting to learn American Sign Language. No experience or prior knowledge of American Sign Language is required.

This month’s Kaleidoscope Gardening is all about PUMPKINS! Kara Back from the Taylor County Extension Office will show us how to plant, grow, and harvest pumpkins, gourds, and squashes.

You are cordially invited to join us in the TCPL Community Room on Thursday, October 17, at 5:00 pm for a Crow Party. What is a Crow Party? Everyone dresses in all black and brings silver or shiny trinkets to trade or show off.

Come enjoy the fall season during Story Hour on Fridays with books, crafts, and free play! We will read 2-3 books, learn relevant sign language, and have an accompanying craft.

The Central KY RC Adventures group provides an opportunity to help members of the community learn about hobby grade RCs.

The Bookmobile will be at Ravine Way from 3:30-4:30 PM. Patrons are welcome to use our free Wi-Fi and browse books, audiobooks, and DVDs.

If you're a teen (13-17), come unwind in a safe, supportive space at TCPL. We’ll have calming music, cozy gaming, face masks, and sensory fidget toys to help you chill out and relax. Take a break, recharge, and enjoy some peace and quiet.

For patrons practicing the English language, you are welcome to join Midge Hunt at the TCPL Community Room each Tuesday at 10 AM. For patrons at beginner-advanced levels. 

Halloween Gnomes are invading TCPL! Help us paint them and make them your own on October 23rd at 3:30 PM in the Community Room! Pick up a wooden gnome ornament and get creative—because, let’s be honest, gnomes are for EVERYONE!
