Looking for the perfect vibrant summer tee? Join us at TCPL for a Tie-Dye Party! This event is open to kids & teens (ages 0-17) Let us know your shirt size when you register. We’ll have popsicles, colors, and tons of fun as we create one-of-a-kind tie-dye masterpieces!
