Heritage Children Services Outreach

Heritage Children Services will be at Taylor County Public Library on Tuesday, March 18, from 11 AM to 2 PM with donuts and information about foster care. If you've ever thought about becoming a foster parent but weren’t sure where to start, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more.
