Take a break from your workday and join us at the library for Move at Noon! This weekly lunchtime exercise program will help you recharge and have fun. Each Tuesday from 12:00 to 1 PM, we’ll use the library’s collection of classic exercise DVDs to explore a variety of fitness styles—from Zumba to yoga, Pilates, and more. No registration is required—just bring your water bottle, wear comfortable clothes, and get ready to Move at Noon! We also invite local exercise experts to join the fun!
